Your satisfaction is our goal! If you are unhappy with your purchase (excluding final sale/clearance items) and would like to return an item, it is mandatory that you contact us by email first - for a Return Authorization Number within 3 days of receiving your item. Please include your Order #, Name, Phone Number, and nature of the problem. A Customer Service Specialist will contact you within 1 business day to offer you a refund or replacement. Any unauthorized returns that are received will not be accepted and discarded.
Important note: In order for Dressesmall.co.uk to carry such a large selection of evening gowns and dresses, please understand that most of these items are made at the time of order and may take approximately a week to thirty days to be completed and ready to ship. 2nd Day Air shipping does not speed up the time that is needed to make your dress or gown, it only speeds up the time that it will take to reach you, once it is shipped. Approximate shipping time is noted on each individual item's description page.
If you no longer want your order, you must request a return authorization number and follow our return guidelines to receive a refund. It's very simple!
Please make sure that you have a secure area for the shipping carrier to leave your package if you are not at home at the time of delivery, as all items will be delivered without a signature required.
Shipments that are non-deliverable due to incorrect and/or incomplete shipping address supplied by you, the customer, will result in an additional shipping charge to attempt re-delivery. We are not responsible or liable for replacement of your order if you give us an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

The below is applicable only to orders placed via this website.
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt.
Please note, that the initial postage and packaging charge is only refundable for faulty goods, goods not as described or incorrect orders.
Please note - Your despatch note will be required as proof of purchase.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order at anytime up to (within) 7 (seven) working days after the day on which you received the goods you ordered (following receipt of your goods).
You must inform our Website Customer Services of your wish to cancel in writing within 7 (seven) working days following the date of receipt and must take reasonable care of the products and not use them or remove any hygiene seals. You should return products to us in their original packaging, wherever possible and as soon as possible. If you return products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
For full details of your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, please contact your local Trading Standards office or Citizens' Advice Bureau. Where free returns are not available, we do not pay for the return of goods. We will refund your money including the initial postage charge as soon is as reasonably possible but no later than 30 days of our receipt of your request to cancel the order. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation.
